Ashleigh is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine to teach a corrective exercise class aimed at correcting posture and muscle movements that cause pain and injuries, including runners knee, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, shoulder pain and more. Classes are held at various times throughout the year.
